Wetherby in support of the elderly
Wetherby in Support of the Elderly (WiSE) is a small charity aimed at improving the quality of life for the over 60s in Wetherby and the surrounding villages.
Our mission is to combat loneliness and social isolation. We offer information and advice, befriending programmes, transport schemes, and regular social events. We also run a dementia friendly cafe.
With your support, we can continue to improve the wellbeing of the older generation in our community.
INTO Giving
INTO Giving helps children to get in, and stay in, the classroom. We aim to increase access to education and improve the quality of teaching and learning across the globe.
While we believe that access to high quality teaching is vital for every child, we have a particular focus on supporting girls and refugees into school.
With your support, we can secure a more stable future for everyone by helping children go to school.
Charlies-Angel-Centre Foundation
The Charlies-Angel-Centre Foundation helps families to rebuild their lives after the loss of a baby or child.
Our free services are for anyone affected by the death of a child of any age, from miscarriage to adult children, and for any reason, including stillbirth, termination, and death following acute or chronic illness. We also help families facing a prenatal diagnosis of foetal anomaly.
With your support, we can provide grieving families with the help they need.
